Meet Cecily! Cecily and her siblings were stuck in a ditch on a rainy day. They were close to drowning before a young woman found them and rescued them. Unfortunately one of her siblings did not make it to the vet in time. The whole litter was emaciated and very shy and timid. Cecily is a healthy and happy girl! She may be shy at first, but after opening up she becomes a Velcro dog. She loves to cuddle and follow her people around. Cecily is patiently waiting for a home to call her own!
