Meet Billy! Billy was rescued when a partner rescuer saw a poor puppy limping on the side of the road with major road rash. Luckily she was able to get him off the streets and to the vet for a check up. Unfortunately his arm that was injured had already healed and surgery will be too intrusive without breaking the bone again. Billy is able to run and play like a regular puppy however will likely need a brace to help support weight on that weak arm. Billy loves to be around people and other dogs. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Billy needs a special home that understands his issues and will continue to help him thrive. Billy is patiently waiting!
