Meet Russell! Russell was rescued along with other stray dogs and puppies who were dumped and abandoned scavenging for food at a trash site. Luckily rescuers were able to get them off the streets and to the vet for a full check up. Russell is a sweet pup who would love nothing more then to find a home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Russell is patiently waiting!
