Meet Noah! Noah was rescued when his time ran out, thankfully a rescuer was able to get him out of the shelter however he lived a lonely life even prior to rescue. Noah was chained up on a short leash outdoors regardless of weather. He was alone almost always though he craves love and attention from people. We are looking for a home that is savvy and will be patient in showing Noah what it means to be in a loving home. Noah loves to be around people but he is under-socialized with dogs due to his time isolated on the chain. Noah is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
