Meet Nina! Nina was found as a stray dog wandering in the park, after asking around the rescuer found out that poor Nina was abandoned by her owner who once ran a café near the park. When the business closed few months later and left her behind. When Nina was first found she was extremely emaciated and covered in wounds. The rescuer knew if she didn’t take her that Nina will not survive living on the streets. Before the rescuer was able to rescue her, Nina was captured and brought to the animal shelter. Nina’s story would have come to a sad end, but the rescuer was able to get her out just in time. She was soon put to the vet and gotten a clean bill of health. After receiving proper care in the foster home, she has shown us her amazing changes – turning from shy and guarded to sweet, friendly, and playful. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning a dog. Nina is patiently waiting!
