Meet Neil! Neil was rescued along with his litter mates when they were found off the side of the freeway abandoned and in danger of getting hit by oncoming traffic. Luckily for Neil a rescuer was able to spot the puppies and get them all to safety. Neil is a very loving boy who would love nothing more then to find a loving home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Neil is patiently waiting!
