She spent many weeks in the vet clinic where she had two surgeries and rehabilitation for her hind legs . Dogs in Jordan are considered unclean by culture and thus they are severely abused , burnt  and badly stabbed, even buried alive by kids . Maria has a scar on her back, but it does not bother her. Maria is currently in a loving foster home where she is being  trained on basic commands, potty and crate training. Maria is submissive to other dogs and ready to please anyone she meets. Maria is patiently waiting for a dog to call her own!
