Meet Debbie! Debbie was rescued along with her litter mates when they were found abandoned in a park with no food or water. Luckily for the puppies a rescuer was able to get them off the streets and to the vet for a full checkup. Debbie has since gotten a clean bill of health and is thriving in foster care. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Debbie is patently waiting!
