Meet Cecile! Cecile was found wandering alongside a deserted road with her siblings, unfortunately one of her sibling was hit by a car and didn’t make it. There was no food or water nearby, so they were eating grass and sticks they found. Cecile is a very affectionate girl who would love nothing more than to find a home to call her own. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Cecile has since gotten a clean bill of health and is ready for her forever home. Cecile is patiently waiting!
