Brief Bio: Meet Bell! Bell was brought to the vet by her “owner” in a garbage bag stating she no longer wanted her anymore. Shortly after, Bell’s horrific condition really came to light when the vets removed the garbage bag. Poor Bell was extremely emaciated, the poor girl could hardly even stand up. Bell had sores caused by her bones pressing against the hard concrete ground. We could only imagine the neglect she’s been through. After some TLC and care Bell is now a healthy happy girl. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibility in owning a dog and will make Bell a true part of the family. Bell deserves a loving forever home!
